Siesta Key Recap: “I’ll Literally Break Your F–king Face AGAIN”
MTV took viewers back to Siesta Key on Tuesday night.
Yes, Siesta Key is that show that seems like a cheap knock-off of The Hills, but with the most unlikeable personalities on television.
Chloé Trautman was put on blast several times throughout Tuesday’s sophomore premiere. If you watch Siesta Key online, you know she thrived when she was stirring the pot last season.
Her latest desperate act came in the form of her bringing Alex’s ex-girlfriend, Cara to an event that Alex was also attending.
What made it worse was that Alex’s current girlfriend, Juliette, was at the event. Chloe then started arguing with both Alex and Juliette over some comments she heard one of them said about her from their hairdresser.
Yeah, Chloe wants all the eyes and the cameras on her, and she’s prepared to go to extreme measures to get in that MTV limelight.
The biggest shocker through all of this was that Kelsey seemingly washed her hands of Chloe. They have had a relatively decent friendship since the show debuted, but Kelsey is not about all of that drama.
The other cast members were Team Juliette on this one, leading Kelsey to call her former pal “pathetic.”
As Chloe seethed in the aftermath, it was down to her mother to try to get through to her. Her mother wanted her to “move on” from all of the fighting, noting that her daughter was putting herself in these unhealthy situations.
“You don’t want all this drama going on,” Chloe’s mom complained.
“You girls are in your 20s now; you’re not in high school anymore. It’s just ridiculous how immature you guys are all acting. Y’all just need to grow up.”
Things didn’t get much better for Chloe, and a heated debate with her former friend Amanda only made her feel more on edge.
Amanda was tired of the games, calling her friend “manipulative” and “a liar.”
“Nobody can trust you, and nobody here likes you,” she hurled at Chloe. “You’re dumb. Leave. I’ll literally break your f*cking face again and not feel bad about it.”
Amanda previously broke Chloe’s face when the pair got into it in an Uber during Siesta Key Season 1, and it looks like their friendship has only deteriorated further since.
Juliette admitted that she was done with Chloe and her meddling, so she turned to Alex for comfort.
That’s when Alex unveiled the supposed truth about Chloe.
“This is not the first time Chloe has done this with me and whoever I was with. She’s tried to sabotage literally every relationship I’ve been in.”
Alex went one step further by revealing that Chloe said she loved him several years before.
“Chloe’s an old friend of mine, and I don’t know if it’s revenge, but Chloe told me that I’m the guy she wants to spend the rest of her life with and that she’s in love with me,” Alex told a stunned Juliette.
“I really think she wishes she was in your position.”
Alex may be getting a bit ahead of himself because he doesn’t have much a personality. We have no idea why all the ladies seem to be falling at his feet, but he must be doing something right.
